The SEBC-BI is the first business incubator in Syria providing early stage small companies with the enabling services and tools to create competitive high growth enterprises.

The SEBC-BI, with its network of incubators, aspires to be a driving force within the Syrian business community by supporting innovative and dynamic entrepreneurs who can contribute to the development and growth of the Syrian SME sector.

The SEBC-BI helps its client entrepreneurs with a range of consulting and support services . These services include assistance to set up their company, prepare a business plan and to access financial resources as well as mentoring, business consulting and training to improve the entrepreneurs' skills.
