   About MTC

The Management Training Centre (MTC) was established in March 2004 as a result of co-operation between Aleppo Chamber of Commerce and Aleppo Chamber of Industry and the support of the Syrian-European Business Centre (SEBC).

The aim of establishing the Centre is to provide management training courses targeting the business community and presenting modern management and business concepts to the private and public sector companies.

MTC provides local, regional and international trainers specialized in different modern business topics and departments like Management, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Banking, Advertisements and many others.

MTC is a non-profit Centre, setting its budget on the base of covering the basic expenses of the course(s) and taking into consideration new young entrepreneurs as well as professional experiences entrepreneurs.

Courses provided by MTC are divided into three main sectors: General Course, long specialized courses and tailored company courses.

General Training Courses (GTC):

The General Training Course ranges from 2-5 days, in which it varies according to the topic presented and the need of the topic title itself. This course focuses on the basics and the entry level of the training topic presented. At the end of the course, the attendant is presented a certificate of attendance signed and sealed by Aleppo Chamber of Commerce, Aleppo Chamber of Industry and the Syrian-European Business Centre (now known as Syrian Enterprise and Business Centre) / SEBC.

Long Specialized Courses (LSC):

The Long Specialised Course ranges from two weeks to two months, depending on the topic and the need of the course. The course is usually presented in the full details of the title presented and focuses on the practical examples and case studies. At the end of the course, the participant undertakes a test in which he receives a certificate of achievement as the result of passing the test and the full attendance of the course.

Tailored Company Courses (TCC):

This course focuses on the needs of the Company, where the needs of the Company are discussed with its management, and accordingly, a tailored program/course is presented to the employees and/or management. Courses also take into consideration the Company staff, sector, departments and the training need of each department. However, when a company has its own TNA program, MTC strictly abides by the TNA requirements presenting a list of training courses that complies with the company’s TNA program.

MTC is developing its services by setting joint co-operation with other national and international training centers and institutions, presenting other accredited certificates and diplomas.
