Need Access to Finance To Start a New Business / Expand Your Current Business?

SEBC is pleased to launch the following new services in the area of Access to Finance to support the SMEs:

  • Preparing business plans
  • Preparing loan applications
  • Assisting applicants in negotiation procedures with lenders

 The Way We Work: 

1. Applicant Evaluation \ Assessment

SEBC consultant will evaluate your application and will contact you to fix an appointment to complete the preliminary assessment of the investment project. As a result of the evaluation, SEBC will present to the applicant a proposal for assistance to prepare the business plan.

2. Preparation of Feasibility / Business Plan:

Once the proposal is accepted and signed by the applicant, SEBC will work in close cooperation with the applicant or the assigned representatives for the preparation of the business plan. SEBC may assign one or more consultants for the job. The company will provide full commitment and collaboration throughout the assistance to ensure the preparation of a professional and comprehensive business plan.

3. Submission of Loan Application to Lenders:

Upon the completion of the business plan, and as an independent service, SEBC could further assist the client in preparing the loan applications.

4. Assist the Client with Negotiations with Lenders:

Furthermore, and as an independent service, SEBC could help in the negotiation procedures with lenders to improve the possibility of loan approval.

5. SEBC Role:

SEBC is supporting the client in the preparation of the business plan, loan application and loan negotiations to the professional standards. However, SEBC cannot guaranty the approval of the loan or in any way be held liable for any losses sustained by the applicant during this process.                                                    

6. Financial Contribution

SEBC will cover 25% of the cost. Hence, the applicant is responsible for the remaining 75%. This payment must be made upon acceptance and signing of the SEBC proposal by the applicant.
