   SEBC/SSP Annual Work Plan 1

This document represents the first Annual Work Plan (AWP1) covering the programme implementation of the twelve months’ period from 1st September 2006 to 31st August 2007. It has been prepared in accordance with the overall SEBC/SSP strategic guidelines and implementation methodology described in the SEBC/SSP Overall Work Plan covering the period from September 2006 to February 2010.
 
The  Annual  Work  Plan  should  be  considered  as  the  complementary  operational document to the OWP and will serve as the planning/monitoring tool for the programme duration of the implementation period. Accordingly, the plan sets out in detail the activities  and  sub-activities  foreseen  in  terms  of  annual  targets  and  performance indicators, implementation schedule and financial resources.

The AWP1 is structured according to the following layout:

The result areas as defined by the SEBC/SSP Overall Work Plan are:

RA3: Access to and Choice of Medium and Long-Term Finance for SMEs Facilitated
RA4: Access to Information on Export Market Opportunities Facilitated
RA5: Strengthened SME Support Institution
RA6: Policies to Strengthen and Support the Private Sector Formulated
