    1st Syrian Cypriot Business Forum

Within the framework of the Syrian-Cypriot relations and in order to foster and increase economic relations between Syria and Cyprus, a high level official delegation,  visited Cyprus from 3rd to 5th November 2010 to attend the 1st Syrian Cypriot Business Forum.

The 1st Syrian Cypriot Business Forum aims at the following:

  1. To provide an insight into Syria's latest economical fgures and prospects 
  2. To promote Syria as a stable market and a strategic location in the region
  3. To promote the Syrian Cypriot Business Council and its role in increasing the volume of trade and investment exchange between Syria and Cyprus, as well as to focus on tourism as an important element to increase trade exchanges
  4. Networking between businessmen, in order to develop new investment opportunities through bilateral business meetings
